Passive jogging with Jin Shin Jyutsu is jogging without effort. That doesn’t sound bad, right?
This can be done by loosely holding the underside of the sitting bones with both hands
(see image).
Youcan also sit on your hands.
It is also nice to do this lying down, and it is also allowed to use the back of the hand instead of the palm facing up. Holding the sitting bones for twenty minutes is equivalent to jogging for thirty minutes. This way we become fit effortlessly. Suppose you are sick, lying in bed, and occasionally lie on your hands for ten to twenty minutes. Then you get the feeling as if you have been walking and, moreover, no muscle breakdown occurs.
I had a few days of fever and was lying in bed and tried it out. After a few days, I went outside and I could walk at a good space.
