What is Jin Shin Jyutsu\u00ae<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jyutsu: is Art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone has the innate ability to energetically balance and keep themselves balanced. In other words: know and help yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese art of living or healing that is based on the principle that energy should flow freely through the body. This activates the self-healing capacity of humans or animals. If blockages occur, you may experience physical, mental and\/or spiritual complaints and become ill. In 1954, Mary Burmeister brought Jin Shin Jyutsu to America. She was apprenticed to Jiro Murai in Japan for 12 years and further developed and publicised it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jin Shin Jyutsu\/ Reset Emotions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JSJ (Jin Shin Jyutsu) is still most similar to acupuncture, except that it does not work with needles but with the hands\/fingers. Both originate from Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JSJ is considered an “Art” and requires deep insight and a flexible creative approach. After all, everyone is different and that requires a different approach for each person so also for the complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In JSJ, the hands act as jumper cables, through which the cosmic life energy flows. (Here one can think of a battery). The hands are placed on the energy locks. Our health depends on the free flow of this life energy in our body, brain and mind. This energy moves through the body along distinct pathways (meridians) called “currents”. In Jin Shin Jyutsu, you have organ energy flows, and many specific flows that can be used for anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Energy points are called safety energy locks in JSJ, which close when our body is not doing well. They act as circuit breakers and close to alert us. As a result, we may experience pain or tension, or symptoms, in the body part connected to the lock. If we do nothing with this, the complaints can go further into the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The obstacle that leads to physical, mental and emotional disharmony arises from an emotion. There are five basic emotions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Worry
Reset Emotions
Fear
Anger
Sadness
Pretending\/ making an effort<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Flowing” allows energy to flow again and blockages are released. The body comes back into balance. Partly because you get more in touch with yourself and get to know yourself better, resistances are removed, making you more resilient and flexible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jin Shin Jyutsu can be applied to almost all physical and emotional complaints. For instance, headaches, back and shoulder pain, hormone imbalance, obesity, inability to become pregnant, due to hormone imbalance. It works supportively with chemo, autoimmune diseases, Burn-Out, arthritis, RSI, balance problems, etc.. It is very good to let yourself “flow” regularly. Just like a car, the body always needs maintenance, it can also be applied preventively and strengthens the immune system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The client lies down relaxed on the massage table (with their clothes on) and does not have to do anything else. The treatment is relaxing and energising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
